Excellent wave-absorbing performance:
EPP dielectric constant is small, the surface reflection is small, the whole material is homogeneous, there is enough internal attenuation, microwave frequency band has a good effect of wave absorption. 
Excellent heat resistance.
EPE temperature resistance of 70-80 ºC, EPS temperature resistance is less than 80 ºC, while EPP can withstand 120 ºC. Moreover, EPP in 120 ºC placed in 22h size contraction of less than 2%.
Excellent mechanical properties.
Density of 0.035g/cm3 EPP longitudinal and vertical tensile strength of 0.56MPa and 0.38MPa, respectively, at a high temperature of 120 ºC, the two-way strength of 0.07MPa and 0.035MPa.
Excellent environmental performance.
Compared with polyurethane foam (PU), EPP does not produce isocyanate residue harmful to human body, and the product can be recycled; compared with polystyrene foam (EPS), xenon hydrocarbon compounds or butane will not be used in the foaming process, and there is no negative impact on the environment after degradation; compared with polyethylene foam (EPS), the new foaming process reduces the use of chemical blowing agents, and it is more health.

Q: How can i know if my goods have been shipped?

A: Detailed photos of every process will be sent to you during the production. We will supply the tracking NO. once shipped.

Q: How can you guarantee your quality? If we don't satisfied your quality,how will you do?

Normally we do samples for you to confirm everything, and production will be same as samples. 

Q: How can I get the sample?

A: We can supply some free samples(total value under $10) if you have a DHL/ TNT/ UPS or FedEx account or other courier freight collectable account and agree to pay the courier freight.

→If the total value of samples is more than $10, we would like to ask you to pay for the samples and courier freight, we will send the samples to you after getting your payment.

→If you don't have courier account, you can send your courier to collect samples from our company, or send us the sample charges together with the courier cost by T/T.
